OTC Nasal Sprays

OTC nasal sprays should not be OTC. They should be BTC. This is a very unpleasant experience. The second night saw me popping Sudafed and Motrin and spraying every hour with Saline in order to grab a few hours of sleep. The third night was the same as the first two. Last night was a little better with a solid five hours of sleep, followed by complete congestion for three hours. I then nodded off for two more hours. I decided to try not to take any Sudafed or Motrin today. I did not have too much trouble breathing during the day. The test will be later on. If necessary, I will return to Sudafed. I will never return to OTC nasal sprays.
